最近有好几个客户都这样，因为所谓的“经济困难”（靠固定收入生活），让我给个优惠什么的。关键是我卖的是非必需品类的，如果他们资金紧张，为何还要下单？不知道该怎么回复，拒绝的话又显得我没有同情心，冷酷无情==

靠固定收入生活并不说明他们穷啊，而且如果实在喜欢这样商品，等攒够钱再买啊，真是够了你可以这样回：Dear Buyer, Thank you for your interest. I appreciate your financial situation as I also live on a fixed income.
