亚马逊订单处于Pending状态，买家一直问“Where's My Stuff? Can you upload a tracking number?”太烦银了！问题说明
从7.20开始，我的账号里就出现了一个Pending order，买家发信息问“Where's My Stuff? Can you upload a tracking number?”（我的东西在哪？你可以上传订单的跟踪号吗？）我回复说，订单仍处于pending的状态，跟他解释了Pending order是什么以及它出现的原因。然后在7.23（Pending order没进展），买家又发信息问：“Where's My Stuff? I asked once but got no reply. Can you upload a tracking number?”这个买家是怎么回事？如果款项到账了，我肯定会发货，到时候就有跟踪号了，为什么一直问？我要去联系下seller support的人吗？还是继续回复他的问题？

感觉这个买家想骗你，让你在钱还没到账的时候就把货发给他，这样他就能拿到免费的商品了。亚马逊Seller Help里有提到，订单处于pending状态时，卖家不要发货，就算买家联系你，你也不要发：“Do not ship an order while in Pending status, even if the buyer contacts you directly. If a buyer contacts you while an order is in Pending status, refer them to Amazon Customer Service for more information.”

感觉这个买家想骗你，让你在钱还没到账的时候就把货发给他，这样他就能拿到免费的商品了。
亚马逊Seller Help里有提到，订单处于pending状态时，卖家不要发货，就算买家联系你，你也不要发：
“Do not ship an order while in Pending status, even if the buyer contacts you directly. If a buyer contacts you while an order is in Pending status, refer them to Amazon Customer Service for more information.”

跟买家说，应该是他的银行卡出了问题，让他到买家账号里查看一下款项付清没有，如果没有，就换一张卡支付；如果已付清，那就是系统问题，让他联系亚马逊customer service的人。

你可以让他自己去问亚马逊的工作人员，看一下Pending order进展得怎么样了
可能是支付方式的问题还没解决，也有可能是系统故障的原因

我就碰到过这种事，一收到订单（我还没发货），买家就立马发信息，让我上传跟踪号。我都是只回第一条信息，他接下来发的我都标记为“no response required”

碰到买家一直发相同的信息，我也是只回一次，其他的都标记为“no response needed”。也可能是订单信息有误，我会让买家去检查一下他们的order detail page（订单的详细信息页面），实在不行，就去联系亚马逊客服

我猜是你的对手卖家搞的鬼。他不想付钱，想让订单处于pending的状态，然后一直发信息骚扰你，如果你不回复，你的卖家评级会受到影响，这正是他想要的结果

楼主，这些都是自动生成的信息，应该是drop shipper发的。接下来你还会收到这些信息，只是次数换一下而已：“Where's My Stuff? I asked twice but got no reply. Can you upload a tracking number?”
